immediately after payment is confirmed. Client has a right to ask DEBBIELINGERIE
INTERNATIONAL to provide a confirmation of the completion of his order. All the

INTERNATIONAL.
Severability
If one or more provisions of these Terms and
Conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the
validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be
affected or impaired thereby.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ITS SUBJECT MATTER
AND ITS FORMATION (AND ANY NON-CONTRACTUAL DISPUTES OR CLAIMS) ARE GOVERNED BY
LAW OF NIGERIA. CLIENT AND DEBBIELINGERIE INTERNATIONAL AGREE TO THE
EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF NIGERIA.
Waiver
No waiver by DEBBIELINGERIE INTERNATIONAL shall be construed as a waiver of any
proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
